Professor Mark Stables is a Carlson Gracie Team 3rd degree black belt of the Carlson Gracie lineage, and a globally known and respected jiu jitsu black belt who relocated from Toronto, Canada several years ago. He is known as an exceptional teacher and coach. He has coached several fighters in the UFC and trained some of the best in the game today.
Together with Team Balance Mexico, UnderDog BJJ is the complete club for training in Self Defense, Woman’s Self Defense, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), and No-Gi BJJ / Grappling offering daily classes as well as private and private group classes. Team Balance Mexico Run by instructor Nik Long, a Team Balance Black Belt. Our martial arts classes are for all ages, fitness levels, and experience levels.
